Alan R. Williams
Alan has nearly 25 years experience providing global advisory, management and development services and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Syncom Consulting's service delivery. He is a transportation system subject matter expert and his areas of specialization are: strategy and business architecture, organization and governance structure design, performance management, change management, insolvency and restructuring, international business risk, and multi-family real estate development and property management.
Mr. Williams spent nearly 15 years working as an executive at Accenture, the world's largest international management and technology consulting firm. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, civilian and defense federal and state government agencies, multilateral organizations, and small business enterprises.
Alan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, and both a Masters of Science in Management (MBA) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management and a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development degree from the MIT Center for Real Estate. In addition, he is completing his Doctorate degree in Organization Change and Leadership at the University of Southern California (USC) and is a Fellow of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Ms. Wilton-Kinney has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management
from Northeastern University, and a Master of Science in Organization
Development from American University.
Christine has over 15 years experience designing, developing and delivering
communications, change management, process improvement and redesign, and
strategic business planning in the Nuclear Energy sector. She has extensive experience developing
sensitive communications for both internal and external audiences across
physical and digital mediums.
Ms. Maimaron has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Emmanuel College and
a Master of Arts in Education from Curry College.

Andrea Harris has an extensive background working with clients in the public sector. She has provided advisory, management and development services across public, private and third sectors in a variety of industries. She has also served domestically and abroad, at national, state and local levels.
She is a healthcare subject matter expert, with experience in both profit and and not-for-profit spaces, with transferable areas of specialization. Her technical areas include: strategy and implementation, policy, performance and quality improvement, organization and governance, research, program design, monitoring and evaluation, disparities, access and inequalities, diversity, cultural competency and cultural humility, health innovation and system transformation and stakeholder engagement.
Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts in Health & Societies and English from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters of Science in Public Heath from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, and is currently completing her Doctorate degree in Social Policy from Brandeis University. Ms. Harris has also been certified in Project Management by Stanford University.
Senior Management Consultant
Ms. Glovsky has an extensive background in change management, particularly in assisting organizations with the transition and implementation of transformative technology.
Eileen served as a readiness coordinator implementing electronic recruiting for the Commonwealth and as the Director of Administration during the start-up phase of the
Massachusetts Gaming Commission, managing technology infrastructure, human resources and procurement. Prior to that, Eileen was a Deputy Treasurer for the State Treasurer’s Office, responsible for the Commonwealth Covenant Fund, Information
Technology and Administration functions.
Before joining the public sector, Eileen spent over 20 years in private industry, primarily in accounting and information technology.
Ms. Glovksy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from San Francisco State University and a Masters of Science in Management (MBA) degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
